Ferguson checks out as Snoozebox CFO

The former KPMG auditor previously spent just under six years as FD at the CarbonNeutral Company

SNOOZEBOX CFO Kate Ferguson is to leave the company on 31 December 2015 after a year in the job.

Until a replacement is found, chief executive Lorcán Ó Murchú will take up responsibility for the commercial and finance team and oversee the financial direction of the portable hotels outfit.

In another move at the AIM-listed company, Richard Pisarski has been appointed chief operating officer with management responsibility for operations, hotel services and procurement. Pisarski has spent the past 12 months at the firm working on a number of operational initiatives to prepare the business for its next stage of development.

Lorcán Ó Murchú, commented: “I would like to thank Kate for her contribution in the past year, in particular for her work analysing and developing the business model, and I wish her well for the future.”

Ferguson, a former KPMG auditor in Brisbane, Australia, previously spent just under six years as finance director at the CarbonNeutral Company.
