SOLID STATE, the AIM listed electronics supplier, has announceed the appointment of Mark Nutter as group finance director with effect from 5 January 2016.
Nutter has over 14 years’ experience as a chartered accountant within a variety of finance roles and joins the company from Delphi Automotive, for which he is currently the UK FD.
From 5 January 2016, Peter Haining, the current FD of Solid State, will become a non-executive director of the company retaining his role as company secretary.

With his skills and experience we believe that he will play a significant role in the continued development of the Solid State group.”
