Aggreko CFO to chair Halma audit committee
Carole Cran joins the board of technology group Halma as a non-executive director from 1 January
AGGREKO chief financial officer Carole Cran has been appointed to the board of technology group Halma as a non-executive director.
Cran, who has held a number of senior financial roles since joining Aggreko in 2004, will assume the role of audit committee chairman after Halma’s AGM in July 2016. She joins the board from 1 January.
Previously Cran spent seven years at BAE Systems, in a range of senior financial positions, including four years in Australia. She qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.
Paul Walker, Halma chairman, commented: “I am delighted that Carole has agreed to join the Halma board. Carole brings a strong combination of financial, strategic and international organisational expertise.”
