Appointment at Filofax.
Filofax has re-organised the top financial roles at the company.
Current FD and company secretary Chris Brace is promoted to managing director. Financial controller Michael Ball steps into the vacant position and assumes responsibility for the management of all aspects of the group’s finance function, including systems and IT, treasury and taxation.
