Geo takes on Gary Plumpton for CFO role

Gary Plumpton

Plumpton, who will join the company later this year, was
previously at Dell where he was finance director in the services and
infrastructure consultancy division for EMEA, having started in 2006 as UK and
Ireland FD. He took up a finance role at British Airways in 1994 before a
five-year spell as clothing retailer FD at Marks & Spencer.

Plumpton succeeds David Castledine who becomes business planning director.

Taylor Purkis bids Nichols farewell
Taylor Purkis leaves Vimto maker Nichols, having only been in the role for just
over a year. Group chief executive Brendan Hayes, who has been its FD, will
assume responsibility for the finance function until a replacement is found.

Prior to joining Nichols, Purkis was finance director of European operations
at battery company Energizer. He has also held senior international finance
roles at SSL Healthcare. Hayes, who joined the company in 2002, was promoted to
chief executive two years ago.
