Sirius Minerals appoints new FD and CFO
Jason Murray officially joins the board as finance director and chief financial officer
GLOBAL POTASH mining company Sirius Minerals has appointed Jason Murray to the board as finance director and chief financial officer.
Andrew Lindsay has resigned from his executive and board roles but remains a consultant to the company.
Murray joins Sirius from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he has been the head of capital markets in Australia for the last five years.
The appointment was previously announced on 22 February.
