ARM Holdings CFO Tim Score to take non-executive role at British Land

ARM Holdings’ CFO has been recruited to serve on British Land’s board as a non-executive director.

Tim Score (pictured), who has served with ARM as CFO since 2002, will serve on the property group’s audit committee as chairman. Aubrey Adams, who has been acting audit committee chairman, will continue as a member of the committee.

Score is one of the UK’s most experienced finance executives, having served with Rebus Group, as group FD of William Baird, and in controller roles with LucasVarity and BTR.

John Gildersleeve, British Land chairman, said: “I am delighted with the appointment of Tim Score who brings wide and varied experience to our board, enhancing our range of skills.”

Score took home £1.4m in for the year ending December 2012, according to Financial Director’s 2014 Salary Survey.
